We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), bank transfers or cryptocurrency payments unless shown as an option during checkout.

Prices are displayed based on your location. Currency may convert automatically using real-time rates. Your final checkout amount may be processed in USD depending on your bank. Additional conversion fees from your card provider may apply.

Duplicate charges are usually temporary authorization holds by your bank. They disappear automatically within a few days. If not, contact us for assistance.

If a refund is approved according to our Return & Refund Policy, it will be returned to the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your bank and may take 5–15 business days.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you experience a payment issue, please contact us first. Most concerns are resolved quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide your bank with order details and delivery records for review.
9. Taxes, Duties and Additional Fees
